【 1976 Championship Winning Machine 】　Porsche created the 935 in 1975 to enter the World Championship for Makes’ Group 5 silhouette formula class. Based on the 930 Turbo, the 935 featured a 2,857cc engine, Bosch fuel injection system, and the KKK turbochargers to produce a whopping 590hp. Headlights were moved to the front spoiler, resulting in a flat nose profile, and a massive rear wing was installed. Two Martini-liveried machines were entered in 1976, winning the first two and the last two races for 4 wins out of 7 and the championship crown. Tamiya's TamTech-Gear R/C assembly kit, with its accurately reproduced polycarbonate body and ABS resin body details, lets you recreate this famous, classic race car.

Its lightweight semi-monocoque frame has a low center of gravity and a durable roll cage for excellent balance. 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension features a unique front-mounted horizontal friction damper system allowing for an accurate low silhouette. A rear-mounted high-efficiency Type 370 motor drives the rear wheels just like in the actual car, with a ball differential and slipper clutch ensuring maximum traction. Full ball bearings and universal shafts come standard to help minimize friction loss. In addition, a full range of Option Parts are available to further customize your machine.
